• Chiropractic doctors are primary portal of entry doctors. Very similar to medical and osteopathic doctors. This means they have studied every inch of anatomy and the basic function of every body system to know how to ask questions and perform or refer for the proper exam and tests. All this to find the cause of a symptom or dysfunction and advise on treatment suggestions.
• Chiropractors minimally have expertise in how the muscle/ligament/tendon system of our body interacts with the nervous system and can create decreased function or symptoms.
  • Depending on the desire of the doctor of chiropractic, further post-graduate study can be obtained in areas of of specialization such as neurology, sports chiropractic, radiology, orthopedics, trauma, and biochemistry (chemical processes of the body)
• Chiropractic is always concerned about advising on treatments that have the most benefit with the least amount of risk and are experts in the NATURAL, NON-DRUG, NON-SURGICAL options for care and wellness.
• Not all chiropractic doctors practice the same, there are large variations of practice and education.
